Pecan Salad Update.

I made my pecan salad tonight and it was SCRUMPTIOUS.

I had mixed greens with craisins, pecans, macintosh apples, crumbled Danish blue cheese and Balsamic vinaigrette. 

I ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture.

But just imagine it; how good does it sound? Crisp, fresh apple, melt in your mouth blue cheese, crunchy pecans, and a cold Balsamic. (I like my salad dressing cold; you?)

Now multiply that x100 and that's how good it was.

  1. ooo that does sound good! i've had a salad similar to that before, minus the cheese. & yes, salad dressing should always be cold. there's no other way!
